The 3pConnect USA facility in Southern California (Rancho Cucamonga) is ideally located to provide unprecedented levels of service to all of North America. This facility is located just 60 miles east of Los Angeles so that access to the California sea ports is quite effective.
In addition, UPS and FedEx main western US hubs are located just 5 miles away (as is Ontario International Airport). This provides us with the unique capability of shipping your products up until 7pm PST (10pm EST) when required.
It is easy to see why Porsche, Mercedes Benz, Toyota, Bosch, Ford, NAPA, Autozone, and many other automotive manufacturers and suppliers have also chosen to set up their Distribution warehouses in the same area.
In addition to setting up a facility in an ideal location, we have also implemented various systems and procedures that allow for very efficient receiving, shipping, inventory management, and financial processing of most any type of product.
These capabilities have helped Turbosmart achieve industry leading growth. Turbosmart products are now distributed by over 200 companies in North America including Summit Racing, NAPA Auto Parts and Amazon.
Just over three years ago, 3pConnect USA offered similar services to Whiteline/Red Ranger. 3pConnect USA has successfully helped Red Ranger establish a physical presence in the US Market and contributed to major growth in their North American business. Today 3pConnect is helping ten manufacturers with their international business.

The Falicon Supercrank(moderate lighten, balance & polish)is the “ultimate” crankshaft modification for knife-edge performance. The OEM crankshaft is blueprinted to the best combination of oil clearance, moderate lightening and precise tolerance for your specific application. The crank throws are contoured and polished to a mirror finish, improving oil flow and reducing crankcase turbulence. Each crankshaft is custom balanced to the reciprocating weight and intended rpm range, for use with or without the OEM counterbalance (on some models).
Ultra-Lite Supercrank (max lighten, balance & polish) developed specifically for Road Racers. Our Ultra-Light Supercrank reduces the flywheel effect for faster engine acceleration, more efficient braking - and most importantly - better lane control. The reduction in gyroscopic effect helps the rider change direction - a serious benefit on road courses.
Falicon's Heavy Supercrank(balanced, polished, but not lightened) comprises of polishing the finished crank throws to a bright finish for improved oil flow.
Dirt Track Heavy Crank (added weight, balance & polish): For smoother delivery of power and increased torque, Falicon Crankshaft offers “heavy” version of some cranks. The crank is modified by adding additional rotating mass. For those situations where there is limited traction and slower engine acceleration is desired, the inertia of a heavy flywheel will reduce clutch use and rider fatigue without sacrificing peak horsepower. Note: Service offered for Press-Together cranks only!
Hinson | Clutch Components
In 1992, Wayne Hinson founded Hinson Clutch Components. A general contractor by trade, Wayne had an extreme passion for motorsports, and spent most of his adult life pursuing that passion in the form of drag racing, powerboating, and of course, off-road motorcycling and ATVing. After a hiatus from his initial love affair with motorsports in the early 70s, Wayne reacquainted himself with motorcycles in the early 80s. By that time, he had two young sons who shared the same passion, so they spent a great deal of time as a family riding their motorcycles and ATCs. As the years went by and three-wheeled ATCs transformed into Quads, the Hinson family’s involvement with the sport grew; from simple day trips, to weekend trips, to eventually racing Quads by the late 80s.
Our story truly begins in 1989, when Wayne became involved with professional ATV racing as the tuner for Grand National Champion, Gary Denton. Wayne assisted Gary in winning seven of his record eight Grand National Championships. Wayne’s relentless attention to detail was evident in the building of one-off parts for the race bike: seat latches, airbox rings, counter balancer brackets and of course clutch baskets. Whenever there was something the race bike truly needed that wasn’t available in the aftermarket, Wayne would build it. It was during this time that the first high performance aftermarket clutch basket was born.
Wayne’s initial intent was to stop clutch basket breakage. Stock baskets were made of aluminum so the logical choice of material for an upgrade was steel. However, steel baskets were also very heavy. Wayne determined that baskets could be made from a stronger aluminum and hardcoated to provide a vastly superior part to the die cast stock pieces, at equal or lighter weight, and Hinson Clutch Components was born.
Great milestones in our history include: 1996– Hinson Clutch Components became the clutch baskets of choice for the American Honda Factory SX/MX team of Jeremy McGrath and Steve Lamson; 2007– Hinson Clutch Components is the slipper clutch of choice for American Honda’s Factory Superbike team. All during Hinson Clutch Components’ company history we have worked with the top racers and teams in our sport; every factory Supercross/ Motocross team, every top World Championship MX team, every top ATV racer and many of the top Road Race and Supermoto teams. Essentially, every off-the-shelf Hinson Clutch Components product available today is the direct result of developments made while working with the greatest racers in the world.
Today Hinson Clutch Components sells the best clutch components available in the world for Sport Bikes, ATVs and Off Road Motorcycles, offering everything from clutch baskets, inner hubs, pressure plates, slipper clutches, fiber & steel plates, clutch springs and clutch covers. With these parts we have won 267 National and World Championships in our 22 years of business. A track record we are very proud of!
